This policy applies to purchases of the Violet 1/7 Scale Figure from Caramel Sheep.
PREORDER PRODUCT
The Violet 1/7 Scale Figure is a preorder product. Your order helps determine the quantity that will be manufactured.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that production and fulfilment will occur at a later date.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or cancellations for change of mind, including where you:
• No longer want the product
• Find the product elsewhere
• Change your mind after ordering
• No longer wish to wait for production
• Fail or refuse to complete a separately disclosed shipping payment
This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
SHIPPING PAYMENT
The initial preorder price does not include the final shipping charge.
Shipping will be calculated separately once the final packaging dimensions, weight and fulfilment arrangements have been confirmed.
Customers will receive a shipping payment request before fulfilment.
Orders cannot be dispatched until the required shipping payment and any applicable charges have been paid.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your figure arrives faulty, significantly damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was promised, please contact us at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the retail packaging and outer shipping carton where relevant
We may ask for additional information so we can assess the issue.
Where required under applicable consumer law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
PROTOTYPES, RENDERS AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Images shown during the preorder period may include digital renders, prototypes, development samples or pre-production samples.
Minor differences may occur in the final mass-produced product due to manufacturing processes, materials, colour reproduction, paint application and production tolerances.
Minor production variations are not automatically considered defects.
This does not affect your rights where the final product has a fault, major problem, significant manufacturing defect or is materially different from the product that was advertised.
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any product.
Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Where a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.
Products returned under a voluntary arrangement, where one is specifically approved by us, should be returned in the condition requested in our return instructions.
These conditions do not limit a customer's statutory rights for faulty products.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time after we issue the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and other costs that have already been incurred will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of their country or region.
Where applicable law gives you cancellation, withdrawal, refund, return or other rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply regardless of this policy.
For customers in regions where mandatory online-purchase withdrawal rights apply, including eligible customers in the European Economic Area, we will honour those rights and applicable legal exceptions.
